Study finds later school start times improve sleep and daytime functioning in adolescent

I think post-teen humans (adults) all intuitively know that sleep is a rare commodity, especially during adolescence. We get so caught up in the routine of life that we just accept the status-quo and doom our children to repeat the mistakes built into our school systems.
